Thanks to all the rain, where ever there was a depression in the ground big puddles were left like this one in a field near Fingal

Flood Waters under the Ross Bridge. Thanks to heavy rainfall, more than a few rivers including the Macquarie River which runs through Ross. I have posted other pictures today of flooding in Tasmania in Avoca and in Launceston.

This photograph is from Avoca. Due to heavy rainfall in the North and the East of the State there was flooding. While the water had retreated a little, it left debris and road signs blocking roads that no longer needed blocking.
I also visited Launceston (second largest city in Tasmania) and you can see Flood Waters [...]
