I saw today’s picture carved on a rock on the trail leading to the Apsley Gorge on Tuesday and thought it would be ideal for today.  Of course i saw it panting and wheezing coming back up the path that was a fairly steep set of stairs so ironically if i was remotely fit then i would have never seen it.

I would wish everyone a happy valentines day. Of course i would suggest that you don’t wait for just one day a year to tell the one you love exactly that. Do it every day! And if you are single with no Valentine like me, there is always next year!
