The wonderful Wineglass Bay from Mt Amos. Mt Amos stands at around 460 metres high and the track is rated as difficult due to rock hopping. Well to be honest in parts its less rock hopping and more like a cliff. Being unfit and a little scared of heights its not a walk i will do again!
