See It Sunday – Travel

Take off of a flight from Hobart Airport. As luck would have it i was at the wrong end of the airport to have the flight take off above me.

Sunrise at the Blowhole

Sunrise at the Bicheno Blowhole. I wanted to get three things in the shot from this angle, the sunrise, the big rock next to the blowhole and the water coming out. For some reason i just couldn’t seem to get lucky with much water blowing!

Stark

I picked today’s photo because the tree in the centre got my attention plus the whole landscape (with the exception of the cows anyway) looked so stark and dry

Light and Dark

This shot is from no where near Bicheno or even the east coast and instead is just north of Tunbridge in the midlands of Tasmania. But i like it and I was driving back from the East Coast in a round about route through Campbell Town along the Lake Leake Road so why not.

Just a Wisp of Cloud

Seen here, much of the City Centre and Mt Wellington from last weekend. It started off a little overcast but as the day went on it got clearer until there was just this wisp of cloud and then it too was gone!

Trees, Smoke, Hills

I am in a basic kind of mood today so i thought i might post this photograph with its imaginative title Trees, Smoke, Hills that I took back in April south of Bicheno. Maybe i should have included paddock in the title too?
