Patterns in the sand on the beach at Scamander. Most of the east coast has beautiful white sand but at Scamander its coarse and browner.

Yesterday on Christmas day the city was almost deserted and at times it was possible to look as far up the street as you coud see without seeing another person or vehicle moving. The only people i saw were tourists looking for something to do and finding nothing open. (originally published at nocolour.com)

I went into the city on Christmas Day and it was next to deserted with some parked cars and next to no pedestrians. Just bewildered tourists for the most part wondering what to do with the day with nothing open and not a lot happening.
